Fins,

   What an AMAZING spirit night! It was wonderful to see all our swimmers having so much fun together and bonding! It is our team work and supportive culture that has allowed us to go undefeated this season. I know our swimmers will do FIN-tastic at semis this Monday and Tuesday. 

Attached you will find the heat sheets for both Monday and Tuesday semi-finals. Please print out and look over with your swimmers so they know what to expect and are ready to compete! Make sure to get lots of rest tonight, tomorrow and the coming days. Stay hydrate and eat healthy! We will spend the next couple days at practice making sure our fins are ready to go!
