Fin Parents,

Our annual swim team fundraiser is now open! We are selling products from SUDZ and/or Route 40. The money made from this fundraiser helps pay for swim team needs and is vital in covering unexpected expenses and repairs. Each family is required to order at least $90 in product OR pay a $40 buy-out option.

When you are ready to order, please log your totals on this electronic Google form. We will not collect any paperwork for your order. All money is due by June 10. Fill out this Google form to either opt-out OR place your order. https://forms.gle/SrYS1wgAPSBE9upbA

The last day to turn in money is at the swim meet on June 10. (If you send money with your swimmer, please put money in a labeled envelope.) If you want to add a $40 buy-out to your swim fee, that works, too. (Swim fees are due on the first day of practice, June 1). The last day to turn in SUDZ orders AND money for the order (or buy-out) is Thursday, June 10. All checks should be made out to Fair Valley Swim Team.
